Once you start using CK, you must create one or more profiles that correspond to the name-email-website-comment configuration you look at a lot of blogs. You can even create a standard commentary on your profiles, but if you use the same comment over and over again in every situation, you will probably have your deleted comments and can be permanently blocked by the spam comment filtering software. Comment Kahuna recommend reading every post you comment, so your comments will at least have value to the blog owners, and stay up.
When you have a profile or two made up, all you do is put the target page rank of the blogs you want the number of blogs you want to comment on (10-50), a search type (CommentLuv, TypePad, Live Journal, WordPress, Article Feeder, or all of the above) and a keyword phrase. Again, you can also filter out "no follow" blogs. A major upgrade, CK has been preoccupied with CommentLuv blogs that catch your latest blog and put it up with your comment. I don, AOT as general comments. I like my comments to be helpful, although I am aware that they could not be at all times. I leave comments, which I think will encourage authors to write more like after I just left a comment on, or that the author will learn something from my comment. With Comment Kahuna, I'd probably be leaving similar comments on numerous blogs. I like to be different and I like to read history and leave a comment in the story. I will not spread your comments over the blogosphere.
And finally, I like to follow up on all my comments. What if the author of the post will respond to my comment? With Comment Kahuna, I will never see the answer. Most likely I will not go back to blogs I leave comments on. Today I use Co.mments to track all my comments and for helping me be in the conversation. Hopefully Comment Kahuna add a feature like this in their next version if they do, I'll review my decision not to use it.
